TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to all offers, products and agreements (contracts) of Studio Casa Maas that extend to the sale of products. If there are any questions concerning these terms, please contact Studio Casa Maas at vera@studiocasamaas.nl

PRODUCTS
Product specifications are mentioned as well as the price of the product (including local VAT 21%) are mentioned on Studio Casa Maas’s website. Shipping costs are in consultation.
Products offered on the Studio Casa Maas website contain an as accurately as possible and truthful description and/or image of the offered Product.
In case the descriptions and/or images turn out differently in reality, Studio Casa Maas is not liable to compensate the Customer in any way.
Studio Casa Maas provides the Customer with information about the expected delivery time of the Product; this term is only an indication.
Possible import duties are always for account of the Customer.
All canvas are handmade in my studio and are made of 100% cotton. At all times the canvas has a sustainable thought. If your canvas has a color bath, it has been carefully crafted in a natural way in the studio. Please note for all materials "this is a natural product and variation is allowed to a certain level"

AGREEMENTS AND DELIVERY
Agreements come about after the Customer has accepted an offer or quotation issued by Studio Casa Maas and Studio Casa Maas has agreed to this acceptation. Studio Casa Maas will thereafter send you an email confirming the agreement including payment and order details.
Studio Casa Maas is always free to – without statement of reason – disagree upon an offer made by a Customer. In the event that the Customer has already made a payment to Studio Casa Maas, Studio Casa Maas will reimburse this amount to the Customer immediately after the refusal.
Studio Casa Maas delivers the products in person or with Post NL courier service (within the Netherlands)
Should a delivery not be possible due to a faulty address, customer not at home or a similar reason with additional costs as a result, all extra costs will be charged to the Customer.
Studio Casa Maas cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery time of our courier service.
PRICE & PAYMENT
At Studio Casa Maas payments are accepted by the secured payment methods banktransfer.
Product specifications as well as the price of the Product including local (NL) VAT are mentioned on the Studio Casa Maas website.
Payment needs to be settled before product is shipped to customer.
Customer must report any inaccuracies in the invoicing immediately, after which Studio Casa Maas will correct the amount. Inaccuracies in the invoicing do not relieve the Customer from any payment obligations or any other obligations reported in these terms.

LEGAL NOTICE
Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relations that Studio Casa Maas is a party in.

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any adjustments will have no effect on orders that are already being processed and the final version will always be published on our website.
